About GolfWineSpa: Who Measures These Trips

Why this site exists: golf, wine and spa itineraries across Italy built on verified distances, ten years of weather data and course facts checked against sources.

The idea

Italy is the only country where a championship course, a legendary cellar and Roman thermal water routinely sit within an hour of each other. Guidebooks describe it; nobody had mapped it. GolfWineSpa builds itineraries on that geography, with every distance computed rather than guessed.

How the data works

Course locations, wineries and thermal baths come from open map data. Weather comes from ten years of reanalysis, one anchor point per itinerary. Course facts are researched from clubs and golf publications and kept on file. When something is an editorial judgement, the page says so.

Who is behind it

The project is built by travellers who play, taste and soak in these places, with a background in search and data work. The pages carry no fluff: if a claim has no source, it does not ship.

If a claim is on this page, we can show you where it came from.
