Credits and Attributions
The open datasets and tools behind this site, credited as their licences require, with links to the projects and photographers we rely on.
We build on work other people made open. Some of those licences ask for credit by name, and we would give it anyway: this page is where we do it.
Maps and places
Locations, boundaries and the points that fill our maps come from OpenStreetMap contributors, licensed under the Open Database License. Italian regional boundaries derive from openpolis/geojson-italy, and place coordinates from ISTAT open data.
Weather
Ten-year climate normals come from ERA5 reanalysis, retrieved through the Open-Meteo archive.
Course data
Technical course data comes from GolfCourseAPI.
Photography
Photographs come from Pexels, with the photographer credited on each image.
Advertising
Sponsored placements and affiliate links are always labelled where they appear.
