Browsing data
The systems that run this site collect, in the ordinary course of their operation, technical data whose transmission is inherent in the internet protocols themselves: IP address, browser type, operating system, the domain name of your provider, and the date and time of the request. We use this data only to derive anonymous statistics on how the site is used and to check that it works. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Retention: no more than 30 days in the server logs.
Data you send through the forms
When you fill in the contact form or ask for an itinerary you volunteer your name, your email address, and whatever you choose to tell us about the trip: the month you are thinking of, how many of you travel and how many play, the airport you would rather land at, your handicap, and the free text of your message. We use it to answer you (legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and, only if you tick the box, to send you the occasional note when a new itinerary goes up (legal basis: consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
That second consent is optional and you can withdraw it at any time by writing to [email protected]. Retention: 24 months from the last contact, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
Who else sees your data
We do not sell or otherwise transfer personal data to third parties for commercial purposes. It may be shared with the technical suppliers who act as data processors on our behalf, such as hosting and transactional email, and only as far as delivering the service requires.
Where we introduce you directly to a golf club, a winery or a spa, we ask you first and pass on only what that introduction needs.
Transfers outside the EU
Some of our technical suppliers are US companies (Google LLC for analytics, Cloudflare Inc. for the CDN, the consent proxy and form security). Where personal data reaches them, the transfer relies on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or on Standard Contractual Clauses, together with the technical measures described on this page, such as the Zaraz edge proxy limiting what reaches Google directly.
Your rights (Art. 15 to 22 GDPR)
You have the right to obtain from the Controller access to your personal data, its rectification or erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and to object to processing. To exercise any of these, it is enough to write to [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian supervisory authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it), or with the supervisory authority of the country where you live.

What this site is
This site publishes itineraries and measured data about golf courses, wineries and thermal spas in Italy. We are not a tour operator and we do not sell or resell travel packages. Green fees, opening times, tasting prices and closing days change without notice: figures shown here are a starting point and always need checking with the venue before you travel.
Advertising and affiliate links
Some pages carry sponsored placements and affiliate links, always labelled where they appear. If you buy through an affiliate link we may earn a commission, at no additional cost to you. Sponsorship never buys a place in an itinerary: the distances and the seasonal data decide that, and they are measured the same way for everyone.
Intellectual property
The contents of this site (text, images, graphics, logos) belong to the site operator or to the respective rights holders, and are protected by Italian and European copyright law. Reproduction, in whole or in part, is not permitted without written authorisation. Third-party material published under an open licence is credited on the credits page, with the licence that applies to it.
Limitation of liability
The information on this site is provided for general information purposes. We do not warrant that it is accurate, complete or current, and are not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from the use of what is published here or from the service being unavailable. Found a figure that looks wrong? Tell us and we will check it.

Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute over their interpretation or performance falls within the exclusive jurisdiction of the court in the district of the Controller's registered office, without prejudice to the mandatory protections available to consumers under the law of their country of residence.
